• If a product is eligible for an RMA (see below) then you must email us at
returns@atengo.net in order to secure an RMA number and a return center mailing address.
• Do not simply return the product to the return address on the shipping label. This may not be the correct return center and your shipment may be lost.
Dead on Arrival
• Any product that is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 15 days from the date of purchase will be eligible for an RMA.
Within 30 Days
• Any product under $100 returned within 30 days from the date of purchase will be eligible for an RMA.
Within 1 Year
• If the product manufacturer is Polycom and the product is under $200, the product will be eligible for an RMA.
• For all manufacturers other than Polycom, after 30 days from the date of purchase, if the product is found to be defective, we will only issue RMA for replacement if the product is still within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
• For all manufacturers other than Polycom, after 30 days from the date of purchase, if the product is not defective, a 20% re-stocking fee may be charged and a store credit or refund MAY be given at freePBX store’s sole discretion.
• The following are NOT eligible for return unless defective from the factory; Servers, gateways cards (digital or analog), software. If the product is returned and is not determined not defective, it will be returned to the purchaser at their expense.
In order to qualify for No Hassle Return the following conditions must be met:
• Product MUST be returned in the original manufacturers packaging/box including, but not limited to, the product, all manuals, cables, CDs, and components.
• Product MUST be double boxed with an RMA number clearly written on the box. THE OUTER BOX - DO NOT WRITE ON THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Any returns that do not meet the conditions above will either be refused / returned or be subject to a restocking fee at the sole discretion of the FreePBX store.
